Chowkidar Vacancy 2024: Apply for 357 Posts in Jharkhand

Online applications have been invited from the date 27th June 2024, and the last date to apply is 25th July 2024. The selected candidates will get a salary of ₹18,000 – ₹56,900 per month according to Pay Matrix Level 1.

Vacancy Details

The Chowkidar posts are available in the Seraikela-Kharsawan district. The details are as follows:

  • General: 142 posts
  • OBC: 01 post
  • SC: 03 posts
  • ST: 146 posts
  • Backward Classes: 15 posts
  • EWS : 50 posts

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 10th standard from any recognized board.

Physical Standards:

  • General & OBC: Height 160 cm
  • SC/ST: Height 155 cm
  • Women: Height 148 cm
  • Age Limit: Minimum Age: 18 years

The maximum age shall be 35 years for the general category, 37 years with respect to OBC, 40 years in respect of SC/ST, and 38 years for Women applicants. The age shall be considered as of 01-07-2024.
